I fell in love with this blanket from the moment I opened the box! The quality is great, the temperature goes high enough to help the body detox, and it comes with a storage/travel bag! I couldn't be happier!

I purchased this 1 year ago and working amazingly still. The build quality is superb and the controls are simple to use. It can get quite hot so I’d avoid above level 5.Tip: always use sauna towel and wash between uses to eliminate contaminants from previous use. I also put a folded towel under my heels due to they can get quite hot during my 50-60 min session. Make sure to re-mineralize and use activated charcoal (I use quicksilver scientific’s “ultra binder”) after each use to help eliminate any pollutants mobilized when released from my cells. Good luck and happy detoxifying using far infrared light!
Settings 60 minute heat 4 (max is 6) wearing thermal underwear and thick socks I can sweat towards the end of time since the sleeping bag (blanket) takes some time for warming up
